PUBLIC NOTICE - CITY OF GUYTON
On July 11, 2023, at 6:00 pm, the City of Guyton Planning and Zoning Board will hold a public hearing.
On July 25, 2023, at 7:00 pm, the City of Guyton Planning and Zoning Board will hold a public hearing, with a regular meeting following the close of the public hearing.
Both public hearings will be held to receive public comments on the following item:
- Request for Variance – Parcel No. G0140038 requesting a variance. The Applicant requests that the setback be reduced from 15 feet to 5 feet. The property approximately 0.46 acres and is located at 58 Del A Rae Circle, Guyton, Georgia 31312.
Both public hearings and meeting will be held in the Guyton Gymnasium, located at 505 Magnolia St., Guyton, GA 31312.
